Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of cleared payments and we post using good old British Royal Mail. We will do our utmost to make sure you receive your new item within 7 days of cleared payments but if there are any delays we will let you know as soon as we can and thank you for your patience.

Returns

We welcome all returns as long as all tags are intact the garment is unworn and as sold as we appreciate it is difficult to buy online. Unfortunately it is the responsibility of the buyer for any postage costs of the returns.
